PR with the outlets your customers actually read.
National agencies treat the Northeast as a forwarding address. We maintain working relationships from Guwahati newsrooms to national desks — and we publish our placement tier definitions, so you know precisely what you're buying before you buy it.
The placement tiers, defined
Every retainer and campaign report uses these four tiers. They are published here so a "Tier 2 placement" means the same thing in the proposal, the invoice and the report.
Tier 1 — National
National business and general-news outlets, wire services, and their digital editions.
A story pitched, placed and published under the outlet's editorial byline, not paid placement. We commit to attempts and angles, never to guaranteed coverage — anyone guaranteeing Tier 1 is selling advertorials.
Tier 2 — Regional flagship
The leading English and Assamese dailies and news channels of the region, and the top digital news platforms covering the eight states.
Earned editorial coverage or authored opinion pieces. This is the tier that moves reputation inside the region — it's where your customers, employees and regulators actually read.
Tier 3 — State & language press
State-level papers and portals in Khasi, Mizo, Manipuri, Nepali, Bengali and other languages of the region.
Language-press coverage placed through relationships national agencies don't have. Small circulations, outsized trust — often the highest-converting tier for consumer brands.
Tier 4 — Creator & digital media
Regional YouTube news channels, podcast interviews, and creator-run news and culture pages.
Editorially independent digital coverage, disclosed where paid. We report it separately from press because it behaves differently — faster, more visible, less durable.
